To improve your user experience and increase the efficiency of our technical assistance we will now transition away from outdated e-mail channels, and instead offer you a new user-friendly online webform for inquiries.
From 1 December 2023 we will only use the new webform for enquiries.
This means that you will no longer be able to raise new tickets to our technical assistance team via e-mail. With the webform we minimise back-and-forth exchanges and enable faster troubleshooting as it provides all the necessary data upfront, and thus reduces the lead time. You access the web form by visiting Nordea API Market and clicking on the Help Centre section (available without log in).
